Solutions · What you sell

A home in a building comes with a monthly number.

A condo or a co-op comes with dues, an association and its documents. Your site carries the facts and the tools for that conversation, and every month we show you what four assistants said about agents in your markets.

On every plan, from $75 a month.

Who it is for

For the agent who sells homes in buildings.

This page is for an agent whose business is condos, co-ops and townhomes: homes where an association, its dues and its rules are part of what is bought.

Your site describes each neighborhood by its housing, condo, townhome or house, and every listing page names its property type. The payment calculator takes HOA dues, and the buyer checklist asks for the association’s documents.

The program is the one every client gets: the site, your Google Business Profile, your details kept the same everywhere, and the monthly report.

How it is measured

The same questions, asked every month.

The report asks three questions in each of your busiest markets, on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews: who the best agents are, which agent should sell a house, and which agent a first-time home buyer should work with. An answer counts only when it names you without being asked about you.

None of the three is about condos, and we do not add one that is. Each answer is shown as it came back: whether you were named, and who was named instead.

On a team seat the questions are asked every week, so a change shows sooner.

Questions

What agents ask about it.

Do you ask the assistants about condos?

No. The report asks every client’s markets the same three questions: who the best agents are, which agent should sell a house, and which agent a first-time home buyer should work with. None is about condos, and we show the answers as they came back.

Does the market report split condos from houses?

No. Each city’s market report covers every home sold there, condos and houses together.

Does a listing page show the HOA dues?

No. A listing page shows the price, the size, the year built and the property type. The payment calculator takes HOA dues, so a home buyer can add them to the monthly cost.

Will a neighborhood page say who lives there?

No. A neighborhood is described by its homes and places, never by who lives there or who it suits. Every page is checked for Fair Housing language before it publishes.

Can you promise home buyers will call?

No. We promise the work and an honest count of what the assistants say. Nobody controls an assistant’s answer, and anyone who promises one is describing something they do not control.
