On the first of each month we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews the questions home buyers and sellers ask where you work. What they answered lands in your dashboard: who they named, what they read, and what we did about it.
A report you can check yourself.
The report runs on the same engine as the free audit, pointed at you and run deeper. It asks each assistant three questions in each of your busiest markets, the places you have sold the most plus the city you told us you work: who is the best agent, who should sell my house, and who helps first-time home buyers.
Your name is never in those questions. Nobody deciding who to hire types it, so an answer that names you without being asked is the only mention worth counting, and the only kind the rate counts.
It arrives in Agent OS on the first of the month and it stays there. Every past report opens beside the one before it, so the history is yours to read.

Each question is asked once on each of the four engines. A mention counts when the answer names you, and the rate is the answers that named you over the answers given. When Google shows no AI Overview for a question, that question is left out of Google’s count rather than scored as a miss.
The questions stay the same from month to month and change only when your markets do, because changing the questions to flatter a result is the oldest trick in measurement.
A drop is shown in the same place and at the same size as a gain. On a team seat the same questions are asked every week between reports, so movement shows up sooner; the report itself is monthly on both plans.

Can I check the numbers myself?
Yes, and you should. Every question is listed with what the answer did, so you can ask the same assistant the same question and compare. Answers vary from one asking to the next, which is why we count across many questions rather than quote one.
Why is my name never in the questions?
Because the people deciding who to hire do not type it. An assistant naming you when someone asked about you proves nothing. Naming you when someone asked who the best agent in your city is, is the whole point.
Is the report different on a team plan?
The report is monthly on both plans. A team seat also has its questions asked every week in between, so the trend fills in faster.
Do you guarantee I will be named?
No. We guarantee the work and a measurement honest enough to fire us by. Nobody controls what an assistant says, and anyone promising a mention is describing something they do not control.
