A team plan is a team website with a page for every agent on it, and a seat for each agent you cover. Each seat carries that agent’s own program. You run the roster from Agent OS.

The team site carries a roster on the home page and the about page, and a page of its own for every agent who has finished their profile. Each agent writes their own bio, photo and licenses, and nobody else can edit them.
A seat covers one agent: their own site, the work on their Google Business Profile, and the prompt battery asked every week rather than every month. That is deliberate. Joining a team should be worth it.
The team plan is $400 a month for the team, plus $30 a month for each seat, on one bill that the owner pays.

The site stays with the agent.
An agent’s own site belongs to the agent. The team pays for it while they hold a seat and can edit its content, but never its domain or the agent’s own billing. If the agent leaves the team, the site goes with them.
Release a seat and that agent’s site goes dormant, not deleted: the content is kept, and publishing resumes when a seat or a plan covers it again.
Moving from a solo plan to a team seat never takes the site down. The seat is assigned first, then the solo plan is cancelled with a prorated credit.

Who can add and remove agents?
The owner and the admins invite by email, assign seats and remove agents. Only the owner changes roles, the seat count and billing.
What happens to an agent’s site if they leave?
It goes with them. The site and its domain belong to the agent, and the team only pays for it while they hold a seat.
Does every agent get a page on the team site?
Every agent who finishes their profile, with a name, a title, a short bio and a photo, gets a page and a place on the roster.
