Platform · Get leads

When someone asks for you, you hear about it.

Every client site carries a contact form on the pages people read before they reach out, and a home value request for sellers. A lead reaches your email and your dashboard as soon as it is sent, with where the person came from.

LiveOn every plan, from $75 a month.

What it is

Forms where the decision is made.

The contact form is on your contact page, on every city and neighborhood page, on the pages about buying and selling in an area, and on each agent’s own page on a team site. It asks for a name and an email. A phone number and a message are optional.

Sellers get a home value request: the address, and how to reach them. We never publish an instant estimate. The request asks for you, and you answer with a real range from recent closings.

Both forms work with JavaScript off, and both send to your own site’s address. There is no third-party form service between a visitor and you.

What you see

What arrives, and where.

In your email and in Agent OS, your dashboard.

An email, straight awayTheir name, email, phone and message, with a link that opens the lead in your dashboard.
A notification in your dashboardIn your inbox with an unread badge, marked read when you open it.
Your leads, in one listAll, new, contacted and archived. Mark each one as you work it, and nothing is lost.
How they found youThe source of their first visit, such as a Google search or an answer from ChatGPT, and when it was. When we cannot tell, it says unknown rather than guessing.
What they read firstThe visits before they wrote to you: the pages they read and what they tapped.
The right people on a teamOn a team site a lead reaches the owner and the admins, and each person chooses email, dashboard or both.
How it is handled

Hard on bots, easy on people.

A hidden field catches the automated scripts that fill in every form they find, and one connection can only send a handful of forms a minute. There is no puzzle for a real person to solve.

Where a lead came from is read from the same first-party counting as your website statistics. When a visitor arrived from an AI assistant that said so, the lead names it. When we cannot tell, it says so.

The person who wrote sees a confirmation on the page with your name on it. Nothing is sent to their inbox on your behalf: the first reply is yours.

Questions

What agents ask about it.

Where do my leads go?

To your email and to the Leads page in your dashboard at os.agentfaro.com, at the same time. You can turn either one off for yourself and keep the other.

Do you give sellers an automated home value?

No. An instant estimate is a guess with a number on it, and it is the seller’s first impression of you. The request comes to you, and you send a real range from recent closings.

Who gets a lead on a team plan?

The team’s owner and admins. Each of them chooses whether leads arrive by email, in the dashboard, or both.

Does it connect to my CRM?

Not directly. Every lead arrives by email with everything the person sent, so it can go wherever you already work.

How do you keep spam out?

A hidden field that only automated scripts fill in, and a limit on how many forms one connection can send a minute. Real people never see a puzzle.
