A website built for the machines that recommend you.
Most agent sites are brochures for people who already found you. Yours will also be evidence for the systems deciding whether anyone finds you at all.
Fast, structured, and yours.
Every page ships as static, pre-rendered HTML, which is why the site loads in well under a second on a phone. Every page carries structured data stating the facts in machine-readable form: who you are, where you work, what you have sold, what clients say. No inference required, nothing left to a crawler's guesswork.
The content is hyperlocal because that is what wins. A page for each neighborhood you actually work, market pages with real numbers, and answer-shaped pages for the questions your home buyers and sellers ask. Not filler about "the home buying journey" that fifty thousand other agent sites already carry.
And it is yours. Your domain, registered to you, portable if you ever go. The site is an asset you accumulate, not a rental that resets when a vendor relationship ends.
| Requirement | Standard |
|---|---|
| Structured data | A schema.org graph on every page, validated at build. RealEstateAgent, service area, listings, reviews. |
| Speed | Static HTML, one cached stylesheet, no render-blocking scripts. The page works before any script runs. |
| Crawlability | Clean URLs, full sitemap, llms.txt, and explicit access for the AI crawlers that matter. |
| Resilience | Fully functional with JavaScript disabled. Readable by the simplest crawler and the oldest phone. |
| Ownership | Your domain, your content, exportable. Dormant on cancellation, never deleted. |
This site is built to the same standard. View source: the structured data, the single stylesheet, and the absence of script bloat are all inspectable right here.
Do I have to build or edit anything myself?
No. This is not a website builder. We build the site from your track record, your market, and your photos, and we maintain it. You review it; you do not operate it.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered to you and stays yours if you leave. If you cancel, the site goes dormant rather than being deleted, and coming back is a payment, not a rebuild.
Will it have property search like Zillow?
No, deliberately. Your site will not out-search a national portal, and it does not need to. Its jobs are converting the people who look you up and documenting you for the machines that make recommendations. It does both well.
How is this different from my brokerage profile page?
A brokerage page documents the brokerage, with you as a line item, and it vanishes when you move. Your own site documents you, on your own domain, and compounds for as long as you work.
What does it cost?
The website is part of the single subscription: $75 a month for a solo agent, with no setup fee. There is no separate website charge.
Start with the audit, not the rebuild.
The free audit shows what your current site tells the machines today. Sometimes the fix is smaller than a new site; the audit will say so.
