Solutions · What you sell

A new home has little history. Give it facts.

An assistant has little to read about a house that was finished last spring. We put the facts on your site where it can read them: how old the housing is in each place you work, which neighborhoods are still building out, and the year each of your listings was built.

On every plan, from $75 a month.

Who it is for

For the agent who sells what was just built.

This page is for an agent whose business includes new homes: a subdivision filling in, a lot with a frame on it, a listing whose year built is this year.

An assistant answers questions about a place from pages that know it. So your site says, in plain facts, how old the housing is in each city you work and which neighborhoods are still building out. The figures come from the Census and from your own listings.

The program is the one every client gets: the site, your Google Business Profile, your details kept the same everywhere, and the monthly report.

How it is measured

The same questions, asked every month.

The report asks three questions in each of your busiest markets, on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews: who the best agents are, which agent should sell a house, and which agent a first-time home buyer should work with. An answer counts only when it names you without being asked about you.

None of the three is about new homes, and we do not add one that is. Each answer is shown as it came back: whether you were named, and who was named instead.

On a team seat the questions are asked every week, so a change shows sooner.

Questions

What agents ask about it.

Do you ask the assistants about new construction?

No. The report asks every client’s markets the same three questions: who the best agents are, which agent should sell a house, and which agent a first-time home buyer should work with. None is about new homes, and we show the answers as they came back.

Does my site show a builder’s inventory?

No. Your site shows your own listings and closings from your Zillow record, each with its year built. It does not carry a builder’s inventory or a page for each community.

Where does the year built come from?

For a city, from the Census: the median year built of its housing, with the share built in each era behind the guide’s chapter on housing. For a listing, from your Zillow record.

Can I change what the guide says about the housing?

Yes. You can rewrite any chapter of a community guide in Agent OS. Your words are kept, and checked for Fair Housing language when you save.

Can you promise home buyers will call?

No. We promise the work and an honest count of what the assistants say. Nobody controls an assistant’s answer, and anyone who promises one is describing something they do not control.
