A page for every place you work.

Your site is built around where you sell: a page for each city, with pages for buying, the market and selling under it, a page for each neighborhood we can verify, and a hub for each state they sit in.

LiveOn every plan, from $75 a month.

What it is

Built from where you actually sell.

We choose your cities from the areas you list, the homes you have listed and sold, and your offices, and keep the ones with the strongest record, up to twelve. You can add or remove a city in Agent OS, and a city you remove stays removed.

Each city gets its own page and three more under it: homes for sale, a market report, and selling your home. A state hub lists your cities in that state and shows your license there when you hold one.

A neighborhood gets a page only when it can be verified. Google has to place it inside the city, and it needs one of your own sales there or two landmarks we can name. Up to six in each city get a page, and the rest are named on the city page.

What you see

What each page carries.

Facts about the place, and your record in it.

Your record, by placeYour listings and closings in each city, and in a neighborhood when the sale’s address falls inside it.
The market, in figuresEach city page carries its market from public data, with a fuller report on a page of its own.
The place, in factsHome values, rents and the age of the housing from the Census, a map, and the school districts by name, with no ratings.
A guide to each cityA community guide of at least 900 words for every city, which you can rewrite chapter by chapter in Agent OS.
Neighborhoods, describedThe housing, its character and the landmarks nearby. Never who lives there.
A way to reach youA contact form on the city, buying, selling and neighborhood pages.
How they stay right

Fair Housing, checked every time.

Every area page is checked against one Fair Housing word list: when a neighborhood is described, when your site is built, and when you save a guide chapter. It refuses words about who lives somewhere and words that steer, such as “safe”, “exclusive” or “family-friendly”. A build that fails the check publishes nothing.

The places come from data rather than a list somebody typed. A city stays on your site while there is real market data for it, and a neighborhood only once Google places it inside its city.

When a city or a neighborhood comes off your site, its old addresses redirect to the city or state page above it, so a link somebody saved still lands on your site.

Questions

What agents ask about it.

Which places get a page?

The cities you work, chosen from the areas you list, your sales and your offices, up to twelve. Each city has pages for buying, its market and selling under it, and up to six verified neighborhoods. Every state they are in gets a hub.

Can I add or remove a city?

Yes, in Agent OS under your service areas. The change reaches your site at the next rebuild, which is one click.

Can I choose the neighborhoods?

Not directly. A neighborhood gets a page once it can be verified, and the others are named on the city page. If one you work is missing, send a change request from Agent OS.

Do these pages say who a neighborhood suits?

No. They describe homes and places: the housing, the landmarks and the market. The Fair Housing check refuses the words that would say who belongs somewhere.

Who writes the pages?

We do, from the facts we gather about each place and your own record in it, and parts are drafted with AI. Everything is checked for Fair Housing language before it publishes, and you can rewrite any guide chapter yourself.
