When the home is the argument, show the home.
At the top of a market, a sale turns on how the home is shown and on the record of the agent showing it. We build a site that leads with both, keep the evidence assistants read consistent, and every month show you what four assistants said about agents in your markets.

For the agent who sells the top of a market.
This page is for an agent whose business is the most expensive homes where they work: fewer sales, each one larger, and a record that counts for more.
The program is the one every client gets. What changes is the emphasis: a design that leads with photography, your closings shown with their price and photo, and pages for the neighborhoods where those homes are, described by their homes and never by who lives in them.
An assistant asked who the best agents are in your city answers from what it can read and check: your site, your Google Business Profile and its reviews, and the places that list you. So the work is that evidence, kept current and saying the same thing everywhere.
A site that leads with the property.
On your site, and around it.
The same questions, asked every month.
The report asks three questions in each of your busiest markets, on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews: who the best agents are, which agent should sell a house, and which agent a first-time home buyer should work with. An answer counts only when it names you without being asked about you.
None of the three names a price, and we do not add one that does. Each answer is shown as it came back: whether you were named, and who was named instead.
On a team seat the questions are asked every week, so a change shows sooner.
What agents ask about it.
Do you ask the assistants about luxury agents?
No. The report asks every client’s markets the same three questions: who the best agents are, which agent should sell a house, and which agent a first-time home buyer should work with. None names a price, and we show the answers as they came back.
Can my site lead with photography?
Yes. Luxe Noir, one of four design packs, is dark and photography first, with a full-width listing photo at the top of the page. You choose your pack during setup and can switch it in Agent OS. The new look applies at your next rebuild.
Is the home value page an instant estimate?
No. It asks the owner for their address and promises a range built from recent closings nearby, sent by you. We never publish an automated estimate.
Will a neighborhood page say who lives there?
No. A neighborhood is described by its homes and places, never by who lives there or who it suits. Every page is checked for Fair Housing language before it publishes.
Can you promise sellers will call?
No. We promise the work and an honest count of what the assistants say. Nobody controls an assistant’s answer, and anyone who promises one is describing something they do not control.

The free audit asks an assistant who it recommends where you work and scores your presence, in about a minute.
