Trust
Trust and data.
How we handle what you give us, how we treat the people who visit your site, and how we keep the words on it fair. Each statement describes what the platform does today.
- Your datawhere it lives
- Your account, your site's content and the leads it captures are kept in our database on Google Cloud, in the United States. The database accepts encrypted connections only. It is backed up every day, and we can restore it to any minute of the last seven days. Passwords and keys are held in Google Secret Manager and handed to each service as it starts, never written into our code.
- What you shareyours to revoke
- Agent OS lists what you have shared for us to use on your behalf: sold listings, reviews, photos and text messages. An owner or admin can revoke any of it under Settings, Privacy and data, and what was shown comes off your site on the next build. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, see the privacy policy.
- If you leavedormant, not deleted
- Cancel any time; your site goes dormant, not deleted, and the domain stays yours.
- Your visitorsfirst-party, no cookies
- Your site counts its own visits with our code, running on Cloudflare. It sets no cookie and loads no Google Analytics and no advertising pixel, so it needs no cookie banner. Your own visits, from the browsers you use for Agent OS, are left out. AI crawlers reading your pages are counted on a line of their own, apart from the visitors an assistant sent you. Visitor data is not sold or shared with advertisers.
- This siteagentfaro.com
- agentfaro.com uses Google Analytics to learn which pages are read, with Google signals and ad personalization switched off. You can decline it from the banner or from the cookie settings link at the foot of every page, and visitors in Europe are measured only after they accept. The cookie policy lists every cookie.
- Fair Housingchecked before it is saved
- We describe homes and neighborhoods, never who should live in them. Every guide, area page and description we write for your site, and every edit made to them in Agent OS, is checked against one list of Fair Housing rules before it is saved. Your site's content is checked again when the site is built, and a build that fails is not published. The guides and answers we draft for agentfaro.com go through the same list before a person reviews them. The check catches the wording that most often causes trouble. It is not legal advice.
- Your site stays upfinished pages, on Cloudflare
- Your site is a set of finished pages served from Cloudflare's network. No server or database of ours sits behind a page, so a visitor never waits on one. A new version goes live only after every file has been uploaded and checked. If a build fails its checks, the site keeps serving the last good version, and the versions before it are kept.
