What you control in AI search
You control your business facts, your website and content, and your external presence across directories and review sites. You do not control which specific agent an assistant names in an answer.
Your business facts
Your business profile holds your bio, areas, licenses, offices, phones, and emails. Every fact we onboarded you with stays editable in Agent OS, and your site rebuilds itself when you change one. Keeping these facts accurate gives assistants a clean source to read when they look for local real estate professionals.
Your website and content
Your website is fast, static, and hosted by us on a domain that is yours to keep. Neighborhood and community guides are written for the areas you work and rewritten when facts change. Answers are shaped so assistants can lift them easily, every page carries structured data, and briefing files tell each assistant what the site holds.
Your external presence
Portals, maps, review sites, social profiles, agent matching platforms, and directories form your external footprint. We audit and correct them until they agree with each other. Your monthly report then shows where you stand on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, and what moved since the last one.
What stays outside your control
We measured assistant answers across engines and found that 97.2 percent named at least one agent or team.
Out of 319 unbranded answers from 11 rounds of questions on 4 engines, assistants named 657 different agents and teams.
You do not control how an assistant ranks or words its answer. You can keep the facts it reads consistent everywhere, and measure where you stand.
Questions
Can I guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend me?
No one can guarantee a specific recommendation from an AI assistant. We do the work on your facts, your site and your profiles, and measure where you stand on the four assistants, monthly on a solo plan and weekly on a team seat. The answer itself belongs to the assistant. You can control your inputs while tracking your monthly progress.
What should I check first?
Start with your Google Business Profile and your website: your name, office address and phone should match on both. Then check the portals and directories that list you. The presence audit anyone can run free shows where they disagree.
