E-E-A-T
Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness: the qualities Google’s systems are designed to reward in content and its authors. Not a direct ranking factor but a description of what the ranking systems try to detect, and a useful standard for AI answers too.
For an agent, E-E-A-T translates concretely: content grounded in transactions you actually closed and streets you actually know, an identifiable author with a documented track record, and claims that check out against public records and reviews. Machine evaluators are imperfect at detecting these qualities, but they improve every year, and they are already good enough to punish fabrication.
The practical rule: publish what you can stand behind, under your own name, with the evidence attached. It is also simply the right way to operate.
